Download the User Snapshot (in your Toolbox). Fill in the basics for one type of user:
Name (real or made-up)
Age / life situation
What they struggle with
What they want
How your idea helps
Tip: Think of someone you know—or someone like you.
3. Talk to one real person (at least)
This could be:
A friend, sibling, classmate, or parent
Someone who might need what you’re creating
Ask – ideas for questions, you can design your own interview.
“Have you ever felt this problem?”
“What would help you?”
“Does my idea make sense?”
Your goal: listen, not sell.
